This company was raised by CT but was in the pay of NY. Benjamin died in June 1761 at the age of 53 in East Haddam, Middlesex, Connecticut, United States.81 On 7 Dec 1727 Benjamins father John deeded 24 acres of the home lot as well as the house, barn and orchards to his son Benjamin with the reservation that John would continue to have the use of the property during his life.
